Kudos to Pacific University students Anna, Ava, Davis, and Juan who presented recommendations and deliverables in their final wrap-up for the "Leadership Through Technology" Summer Internship. Over the summer, this student team met with us weekly to learn about our company and assess current digital media efforts.

They zoned in on our challenge of engaging end-users. While some customers purchase directly from CWS, many sales are handled by purchasing departments and/or third-party resellers. The team helped us systematize customer follow-up and develop our warranty program to connect.

We appreciate the fresh insight and practical tools provided and look forward to implementing them.

We'd also like to thank program advisors Ivette and Frank, as well as Jorge and James from Birdee Media for their expert input.

479 workers in the U.S. died from exposure to high temperatures from 2011-2022 according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. NASA reported that last summer was the hottest on record. It is Heat Safety Week. Don't put the health and safety of your team at risk.
